To quit from the thing that has conquered my mind for years. The thing that my lungs have been craving for. The thing that bring me closer to death. The thing that burn my money whether I realize it or not...
To quit from the habit of telling people all around me nothing but lies. Eventhough I know it is better for them to not know the truth...
To quit from the dark sides of me that overshadowed the tiny territory of my good behaviour...
So no wonder people said the hardest things to do in your life is to tell the truth and to change yourself from bad to good.
Come 2010, even the small changes I made to myself can make it the best year ever in my life...

Oh well, Oasis....what else I can say about them?? One of the greatest export from British?? The band that create havoc in Britpop scene in late 90s?? Multi-award winning band?? Ahh that's not entertaining enough so what about the Gallaghers, Noel and Liam?? The two controversial brothers that caused the rise and fall of Oasis. The men who despise everyone - other Britpop bands, popstars, rapstars, boybands, legends, England Prime Minister... you name it. Want to know how cocky they are?? Read these some of the quotes came from their own filthy mouth.
On the people that has nothing to do with them:
On Victoria Beckham: "She can't even chew gum and walk in a straight line, let alone write a book."
On gays: “I'm into the girls fancying me and stuff, mad for it. Get a bit worried if boys started fancying me, definitely. I've got nothing against gays . . . as long as they don't pinch me on the bum or whatever.” -Liam Gallagher
On Pop culture: "I don`t get the Britney (Britney Spears) thing. I certainly don`t get the NSYNC, the Robbie Williams or the Gorillaz thing. There`s a lot of things I don`t get."
On hip-hop: "I fucking despise hip hop. Loathe it. Eminem is a fucking idiot and I find 50 Cent the most distasteful character I have ever crossed in my life. It`s so negative. Eminem`s new song about his kid - isn`t it the most ridiculous piece of music you have ever heard in your life? I just don`t like the dragging women around on dog leads and all that stuff. I`m not fucking having that. I`m not saying they`re directly responsible but that`s how you end up with these fucking` gangs of youths with hoods stabbing people. I`m not saying they need to sit around listening to `All You Need is Love`. But kids are so fucking` thick these days that they are very easily influenced, aren`t they?" -Noel Gallagher
On Kylie Minogue: "Kylie Minogue is just a demonic little idiot as far as I`m concerned. She gets cool dance producers to work with her for some bizarre reason, I don`t know why. She doesn`t even have a good name. It`s a stupid name, Kylie, I just don`t get it." -Noel Gallagher
On their biggest rivals:
On Radiohead and Coldplay: "I've mellowed, but not in the sense of liking Radiohead or Coldplay. I don't hate them. I don't wish they had accidents. I think their fans are boring and ugly and they don't look like they're having a good time." -Liam Gallagher
On Damon & Alex of Blur: "I wish the pair of them would catch aids and die" -Noel Gallagher
On how Oasis compare to other British bands: "Those other bands are not even in a position to string my guitar at the moment" -Noel Gallagher
"I'd like to know which rock-star doesn't take drugs! And we all know that even members of the parliament take cocaine and heroin" -Noel Gallagher
"I'm always a Labour. Politics is like football. Even if you hate the striker, you still support the team." -Liam Gallagher
" Lennon was right. And we are bigger than Jesus. We will be as big as the Beatles, if not bigger." -Liam Gallagher
On each other:
On Liam: "It's a good thing we don't live in the u.s. where guns are more accessable, because I'd have blown his head off by now. The problem is I can't fire him because my ma would kill me." -Noel Gallagher
On Noel: "Everyone knows that if you've got a brother, you're going to fight" -Liam Gallagher
On Liam marriage: "He called me about 9:30 and said:' I have just got married. Are you surprised? I said: 'No, I'm not surprised about you getting married, I'm just shocked you're up so early!" -Noel Gallagher

So the team to beat are no other than the two best football national team (by FIFA ranking), the champion of Europe and South America, Spain and Brazil. Of course majority of us would want to watch the dream final between these two teams and I hope, for football sake, there would be no more like Greece - Portugal kinda final match (Euro 2004 final) where the team with anti-football mentality emerge as champion. Just pray for the final game to be the most memorable game of all time where it'll be talked about for centuries. Among the surprise packages to be in Africa are North Korea and Algeria. For those who don't have a clue about Algeria team, just think the likes of Zinadine Zidane and Karim Benzema, who were born in that country before moving to France and kicked-off their football carier there.
But there also some gloom for the upcoming WC with the absence of some football stars and most notably the likes of Ibrahimovic, Petr Cech and Arshavin as their respective countries fail to qualify. It's quite disappointing to see the team with so much promise like Russia will not be in next year's edition.
Well, whatever team you will support, I strongly believe Spain will be victorious. With the kind of form they showed in qualifying group and also in last edition of Euro, with all the world class footballers in their arsenal, with the free-flowing, sexy football they display, I dare to run naked in public if they failed to win...... No am just kidding...Cos in football, anything can happen rite?? Buatnye diorang kalah penalti time final.....??? Tak pon kalah pasal 3 orang kene red card??? Tak pon kalah mase injury time dan own goal??? Hoiii simpang malaikat 44...!!!
Ok, see you in South Africa soon...(ko ingat South Africa tu ape?? Kampung Pandan????)...
Dan sebagai cuci2 mate, terimalah - the best of Spain!!

Ok back to the entry, I must say I'm not really a movie freak- well you know the kind of person who will be the first to book movie ticket(s) whenever there's a new movie coming out at cinema, or the one who can spend the whole day for DVD marathon, or even the one who has an external hard disc specifically bought just to keep all of his downloaded movies. Saya seorang yang sangat memilih dan cerewet. Kalau aku pegi wayang nak tengok cite yang memang aku dah target gila babi nak tengok dan kalau cite tu dah fully booked, there's no such thing as plan B... Memang balik terus aa.
So what actually is the greatest movie of all time?? Well, it's a very subjective question as everyone will have their own answers. For those who love the romantic/ drama genre, they'll absolutely come out with the answer like Titanic, Gone With The Wind, Love Actually, Notting Hill or maybe 'Sembilu'. For those who prefer war/ political movies, they'll suggest the title like Saving Private Ryan, Ben Hur, Jacob the Liar, or possibly 'Rambo'. But for me, a great movie is the one that you still want to talk positively about it even years after the first time you watched it, or the movie that you can relate to yourself. So these are the 2 movies that I think really give great impact to the viewers:
1. THANK YOU FOR SMOKING
Yeah from the title itself we can know that this is a satirical movie. Based from the novel written by Christopher Buckley and directed by Jason Reitman, this movie revolve around Nick Naylor, a talented speaker, debater and spinner who declares himself as the person with the toughest job in the world- a lobbyist for American tobacco companies where his main tasks were to deny the fact that cigarette caused deadly cancer, send subliminal messages to school kids to pick up smoking habit when they grew up, bribe a former model/ambassador for Marlboro (who was suffering from lung cancer due to smoking) from filing law suit against the tobacco giant, and even taking on a Senator to debate the issue of using bone and skull symbol on cigarette packs.
He also needs to explain to his young son that there's nothing wrong for what he's doing and even brought him along for some of his "business trips'. He, with his two other friends(also the lobbyists for alcohol and firearms industy) set up M.O.D Squad (Merchants of Death) where their modus operandi is just to hang out whenever they're free just to talk about who got the toughest job based on the number of casualties caused by their respective industries. His life started to take a turn when he fall in love with a journalist and the chain of tragedy that finally change his life forever.
For me, it's a very simple comedy movie that touch on a lot of issues that all started with one single topic - smoking culture in America. It covers the issues like capitalism, American education system, parenthood, dark sides of Hollywood, ethics of journalism and many more. This is the movie that I highly rated and would recommend to all smokers or non-smokers to watch it and trust me, you'll laugh your heart out and suddenly you'll ask yourself "Hey, am I laughing at myself??"
The most memorable moment -
During the scene when Nick was debating with the Senator and the Senator asked him "Would you allow your son to pick up smoking habit??" and he answered reluctantly , "Well, if he wanted to, I'd buy him his first cigarette pack on his 18th birthday"......
I am a big fan of Micheal Moore - the brave director who dares to critic whoever he thinks deserve to be criticized (not even The President of U.S spared from his criticism), the man who brings documentary film to the new level, the man who tell the thing as it is. After his success with Fahrenheit 911 and managed to tell the people what the war in Iraq is all about, he come up with another brilliant docu-film, and this time he takes on America health care system.
At the first place I thought the health care system in US is one of the best in the world but this movie has taken me by surprise when it tells otherwise. He showed the proof of how expensive medical bill in US can be and without insurance policy or enough cash, you'll not be entertained for medical attention no matter how emergency / crucial it is. He even showed a proof on how a hospital called a taxi to take a homeless patient who was seeking for medical treatment at the hospital and ordered the taxi driver to dump her anywhere far from the hospital - all because she didn't has a penny to pay for the medical cost. The insurance policy also didn't help either as the main objective of the company is not to cover for the people's medical cost but to maximise profit by getting as much policy buyer as they can and minimise the claims made by the policy holders.
He even make the comparison of the medical cost imposed by health care system in other countries like Canada, France, England and Cuba!!! And surprisingly he exposed how cheap the cost in those countries- they're all free!!!! He even took some of the former volunteers and security personnel during 911 tragedy who was suffering from various health problems due to exposure from the debris of the collapse WTC and who couldn't afford medical treatment in US, to Guantanamo Bay - the only area in US that offers free medical treatment , but had been denied entry due to the fact that it is a highly restricted area for public as the area used as a detainee center for suspected terrorists. He end-up brought all of them to Cuba, where they finally properly treated - all free of charges.
The most memorable moment -
When Micheal Moore interviewed one of the public hospital doctors in England and asked him how much the government pay him and whether he is driving old car or living in a low cost flat and the next scene shows the doctor actually drives brand new Audi, living in a nice, fully-furnished apartment equipped with 40" LCD TV and got paid around 100,000 GBP per year!!!
Well that's all for now as I will continue with other movies in the future that I think worthy to be shared with and for those who haven't watch these movies yet, go and watch it now because you'll not just get entertained but also a lesson or two....

Anda tak paham apa yang aku tak paham skang ni?? Citenye camni...
Si dungu: Bos, cite transformer baru dah kluar??
Ok short summary - more destructions, more fighting, more Decepticons, tragic scene of Optimus Prime, funnier Bumblebee, superb transformation of the Constructicons and the most important thing of all, sexier Megan Fox!!! Rumours have been circulated on the web that the Dinobots would be introduced in the 3rd installment and can't wait for that..Yeahhh...
Oh selepas habis menonton tadi baru saya faham, si dungu yang saya sebutkan diatas mungkin bukanlah peminat Transformers dan mungkin juga dia tak tau ape-ape pon pasal Transformers.....Ohhhh baru aku pahammmmmm...

am speechless rite now. Still can't accept the result and the fact that we've been humiliated by our fiercest rival in our homeground!!
Well, the scoreline Real Madrid 2 - Barcelona 6. Yes, it's 6........
The defence were all over the place when Messi started bombing forward, the midfields were outclassed by the brilliance of Xavi and Inniesta and everything went wrong last nite..........
Had it not because of the local boy Iker Casillas, the scoreline could've been 2-10 at least.
They're given so many space to roam, we're using zonal marking throughout the game, we're not closing down quick enough and that's the last thing u want to do when u face the team like barca.
Afterall, we're helpless....
The hope of retaining La Liga crown are now doomed....
But I still convince, we'll bounce back next season....

Oh ya ketika seronok ngecat bersama2 big bro, perbualan ini mengambil tempat..
Big bro: "Weh pasni ko xyah aa panggil bini aku tu nanti 'akak'. Die sebaye ngan ko kan??"
Aku: "Habih tu nak panggil woi je ke??"
Big bro: "Panggil name je dah la. Cam kelaka la pulak die sebaye ngan ko, tapi ko kene panggil die akak"
Aku: "Dah name pon akak ipar aku. Kene aa panggil akak. Tu la masalah ko, umor 30 lebih, carik bini baye ngan aku. Kan dah nyusahkan aku..."
Big bro: "Salah ke aku nak carik bini mude sikit. Xkan aku nak carik bini same umor ngan ma.."
Time tu mmg aku dah xleh handle nak gelak gila babi dah...
So antara pangkat & usia, yg mane perlu diutamakan?? antara ego & hormat, yg mane perlu dibuang??
Lu pikir la sendiri.....
p/S : Eh lupe lak nak wish..

Dinding tu dah calar sikit ayah ko ari tu bawak tangga terkene dinding tu. Lagipon hari tu ma ade dapat 2 tong cat free. Ade lucky draw kat Jasin. Kang simpan lame2 xpakai kang expired pulak".................
Hahaha.. kadang2 boleh tahan lucu jugak ibuku ini......

So back to last nite match, Real were left behind when Sevilla take the lead before Raul equalised just after the break and then scored two more in 3 minutes before Marcelo killed-off the game in injury time with a cool finish to give RM 4-2 victory over the Andalucian outfit. That victory is the 17th out of 19 league games under Juande Ramos which seems a very good run after all.
Well, what made me very very happy with the win is that :
1) Playing in Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan (Sevilla homeground) is never an easy task for any visiting team and we manage to score 4 goals. Quite impressive eh??
2) We played without key defender Pepe ( thanx a lot lad! you got 10-match ban for your 3 seconds of madness 2 weeks ago!!!) and wing wizard Arjen Robben who's still not recovered from his injury. That's why I was not really convince that we can win the game.
3) RM hero, Raul'd never scored in Sanchez Pizjuan for the past 10 seasons and suddenly he bagged a hat-trick last nite. and for the record, Raul'd only netted a hat-trick only 2 times throughout his career with RM so last nite was his 3rd.
4) and most important thing of all is that we are now only 4 points behind league leader Barca after they drew with Valencia 2-2 on Saturday.
So next week El Classico will be the most important match of the season for RM and if we win , the gap between us n barca will only left 1 point. Can't wait for it. Woooot Wooot.... (tiru gaye annoying Dirah)

yes...1st entry for Footy Maniac section. Ok for the start, I'm a big fan Spanish football/ Spanish La Liga. I know most M'sians are more into Barclays Premier League but there's somethin bout La Liga that really grab my attn. I don't know what but maybe it's because the rivalry between clubs are stronger due to their political issues, or the history of the club itself. The match between Barcelona n Real Madrid, Athletic Bilbao n Real Madrid, Barcelona n Espanyol, Sevilla n Real Madrid or Athletico Madrid n Real Madrid, is somethin that u should watch - the vibe of the stadium and the intensity of the match is really extraordinary.
N back to Real Madrid, the club I supported since the day they lifted the Champions League trophy for the ninth time in 2002. It was Zidane's spectacular 20-yard volley and the brilliance of goalkeeper Iker Casillas to deny Bayer Leverkusen from getting last minute equaliser that had made me fall in love with this club. There're so many top class player in the squad at that time - Hierro, Makelele, Figo, Roberto Carlos and Raul which make a winning team.
But I know, that was 7 years ago and I realize where my club is standing rite now. I know what's the problem n it all go back to the policy of the elected President of Real Madrid. As every body know the former President Florentino Perez is the one who built the so-called Galacticos Empire and he's also the one who ruined it all. The fall of Los Merengues started when the president himself sacked the then manager Vicente Del Bosque (now heading Spain national team for World Cup 2010 conquest) the night we won the Champs League in 2002. I regard Del Bosque as one the succesful manager in RM history ( 2 domestic league titles n 2 CL trophies over 4 years period) and yet shockingly the RM hierarchy decided not to renew his contract.
Many believe it also due to the rift between him and the president where the RM hierarchy had more power over transfer policy, team selection and other aspects of the club that minimalised the level of control Del Bosque had during his time as manager. Since the day he departed the club, 7 trophiless managers had come and go for the past 4 years until the team won back La Liga title under coach Fabio Capello (who was also sacked afterwards!!)
The BBC article states: "It is a strange tale from start to finish - how the shy, mustachioed man from Salamanca came to be in charge of the most expensive and talented bunch of footballers in the modern game, won the biggest trophies on offer and then got the boot in favour of a man yet to be named. With the Real superstars, Del Bosque was extremely popular - partly because he was happier to let them get on with it. Cool as a cryogenically-frozen cucumber, he managed to avoid confrontations with his charges, despite the stellar egos in the squad, and never once lost his calm in front of the media."
N now after 3 years, leaving the helm, he's expected to be back leading the race for RM precidency poll next June. And for those who truly love the club, expect the worse in the future. RM is heading towards gloomy days unless the president hire the best manager in the world, who''ll be given total control of the club. There's no use signing world-class players like Kaka or Ronaldo if this internal problem can't be solved once and for all......
